Rates are for 1 or 2 adults. Children under 16 are free. Each additional person over 16, add $35.00 per day. The use of this motel and its amenities are restricted to registered guests only.

Check in time is 3 PM.

Payments: All rooms are subject to 7% Rhode Island Sales Tax and 6% Rhode Island Hotel Motel Room Tax. A 2% booking fee will apply to each reservation. You will be charged 10% at time of booking. The remainder of the stay will be charged 14 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellations: If you must cancel your reservation, it must be done prior to 14 days before your stay.

Cancellations made that do not meet our requirements will result in a charge for the entire originally planned stay.

Minimum Stay: Two(2) night minimum stay with a Saturday night July 1 through Labor Day and other prime weekends. A three(3) night minimum stay on all holidays June 1 through Labor Day and other prime weekends. Three(3) night minimum stay on Efficiency units during July and August with a Saturday. Two(2) night minimum stay all other nights.

Pets: Some pet's may stay for an additional charge of $35.00 per pet, per day. Not all pets are accepted. Please call prior to your stay for more information.
